Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 June 2026
Sprint14 is a one-person studio. This page explains, in plain language, what little personal data this website handles, why, and the choices you have. It applies to sprint14.com and to anyone who contacts me or books a call through it.
Who is responsible
Sprint14 is operated by Mouad Ennaciri, an independent software engineer based in Casablanca, Morocco. When this page says “I” or “me,” that's who you're dealing with. There's no marketing team and no third party buying your data. It's just me.
You can reach me any time at hello@sprint14.com.
Information I collect
I keep data collection to the minimum needed to talk with you and do the work.
- Info Contact details you give me: your name, email, company, and whatever you write when you email me or book a call (for example, a short description of your project).
- Info Booking details: when you schedule a call, its date, time, and timezone.
- Info Basic technical data: like any website, the servers delivering this page may log standard request information such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. I don't use it to build a profile of you.
- Info Usage analytics: I use PostHog, a product-analytics tool, to see how visitors use the site (for example, which buttons get clicked). It records interaction events and may include your approximate location and your device or browser type. I use this only to improve the site, never to build an advertising profile of you.
- Info Beyond that, there are no advertising trackers, and I collect nothing else from your device than what's described here.
How I use it
To run the service, improve the site, and handle our conversation:
- Info To reply to your message and answer your questions.
- Info To schedule, prepare for, and follow up on a call.
- Info To scope, quote, and, if we work together, deliver your project.
- Info To understand how the site is used, so I can make it better.
- Info To keep the website secure and working.
Third-party services
A few trusted tools help run this site. Each receives only the data it needs, and each has its own privacy policy:
- Info Cal.com handles call scheduling. When you book, the name, email, and timezone you enter go to Cal.com.
- Info PostHog is used for product analytics. It tells me how the site is used (which calls-to-action get clicked, for example). It may set cookies and receives your interaction events along with your IP address. I use it only to improve the site, not for advertising.
- Info Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which may log your IP address as part of that request.
- Info My hosting and email providers store the site files and carry the emails we exchange.
- Info I pick providers that take privacy seriously, but I'm not responsible for their own practices. Review their policies if you'd like the detail.
Cookies
This site uses PostHog for product analytics, which may set cookies to measure how the site is used. I use this only to improve the site, never for advertising. Third-party tools such as the Cal.com booking popup may also set cookies needed for them to function once you open them. There are no advertising cookies.
How long I keep it
I keep emails and project correspondence for as long as needed to handle our conversation and any work that follows, plus a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. When data is no longer needed, I delete it. If you'd like me to remove your information sooner, just ask.
Your rights
Wherever you live, and especially in the EU/EEA under the GDPR, you can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you, or to stop using it. Since I hold very little and it's all in one place, this is usually a quick email away.
To exercise any of these, just write to me. If you believe I've mishandled your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
I use reasonable, commercially accepted measures to protect your information, and I deliberately keep the amount I hold small. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is ever 100% secure, so I can't promise absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
